On February 7, 2020, Society volunteer Cesar Rodriguez, Education Director Sandy Jensen, and World War II Home Front Museum Site Manager Kim Campbell participated in the annual Georgia History Day at Oglethorpe Point Elementary School. Cesar and Sandy spoke to fourth grade students about the St. Simons Lighthouse. Kim spoke to fifth grade students about the Coast Guard’s role during World War II.
